Undergraduate research on developmental origins of birth defects

Position Information

Dr. Amato is seeking undergraduate students interested in participating in research. His research focuses on the developmental origins of birth defects. Student responsibilities include general lab maintenance, animal husbandry, DNA extraction, mouse genotyping, and histological sectioning. Students may have the opportunity to work on an independent project after satisfactorily completing their initial duties.
