Position Information

Duties

Wanted: A student to work with the University of Missouri Strip Trial Program. Primary duties will be processing aerial imagery, yield maps, and other spatial information obtained in agricultural fields. Seeking students that can work 10-20 hours per week during this semester and then 30-40 per week during the summer. This position at times will work outside during the spring and summer to collect data at field locations. The job will require attention to detail, dependability, and good communication and organization skills. Must be able to work in a group and work independently. Must be comfortable learning how to how to use new software. Applicants with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred: crop production, image analysis, MatLab, GIS software.
