Social Media Content Manager – Research Assistant


Position Information


The MizZzou Sleep Research Lab is recruiting a Social Media Content Manager - Research Assistant. Applicants should be undergraduate students who are well versed in social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook) and have an interest in clinical academic research in psychology and sleep medicine. Research assistants will manage website and social media content for the Sleep Research Lab, create compelling text/entries on social media platforms regarding lab accomplishments/publications as well as other pertinent research publications in the area of sleep research. They will also create and manage quarterly newsletters. This is a volunteer position for approximately 8-10 hours/week.

Required Skills

Eligible applicants should:
- Maintain good academic standing
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have a strong interest in research
- Be computer savvy and have strong familiarity with social media platforms
- Have strong writing and communication skills
