The MizZzou Sleep Research Lab is recruiting highly motivated, advanced undergraduate students who are interested in gaining experience in clinical research. Research assistants will assist in data entry, participant assessments, processing sleep data, use polysomnography equipment, work on independent research projects that can potentially lead to research posters and publications, and help with other research-related tasks. Research assistants will also gain valuable experience for future clinical psychology or other graduate programs. This is a volunteer position for approximately 8-10 hours/week.
Eligible applicants should:
• Maintain good academic standing
• Have a strong work ethic
• Have strong interest in research
• Have strong writing and communication skills
• Prior experience in research/statistics/statistical programs is desirable but not necessary
