Research Assistant for sleep and alcohol studies


Position Information


The Behavior & Addictions Research Lab is looking for 1-2 undergraduate research assistants who want to gain experience with clinical research. We currently need RAs with daytime availability to help conduct follow-up assessments. RAs will gain experience with randomized controlled trials as well as daily, cognitive, and physiological assessments (self-report, actigraphy, holter monitoring, executive functioning tasks). They will also assist with participant recruitment and data management and processing (e.g., Qualtrics, SPSS). RAs will have the opportunity to collaborate on posters and publications, but this is not required. We are looking for volunteers who can dedicate 8-10 hours per week.

Required Skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Strong writing/communication skills
Good time management

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in research/statistics/programming is desirable, but not necessary
