Are you wondering if you have the ability to contribute to research and scholarly activities at MU? Are you curious how to become a valued team member? How do you know when you have “made it”? A panel of undergraduates will discuss their experiences and offer concrete suggestions on how to become an accepted and contributing research team member no matter your prior experience. This session will be especially helpful for first generation college students and those new to research.
Amanda Bennett (Psychology, 2020 ) – dual MPH/PhD (clinical psychology) graduate student at the University of Florida
Erica Braham (Health Sciences, 2018) – Masters in Public Health from Emory University (2020), Currently employed by Tampa Bay Healthcare as a Health Equity Operations Manager.
Cole Diggins (Natural Resources, 2020) – Graduate student at Oklahoma State University in plant and soil science.
Mollie Harrison (Chemical Engineering, 2021) – Undergraduate Research Ambassador, working with Dr. Bret Ulery (BM, B & Chemical Engineering)
Dr. Jerry Frank, Associate Professor of History and academic director of the FIGS Program
