Home Networking Technologies

The Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) in Home Networking Technologies will investigate some of the issues related to the quality of multimedia services, wireless network, digital rights management and home network security. The REU is supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF),  the MU Office of Research, the College of Engineering and the Department of Computer Science.

The REU site will support 10 undergraduate students every summer. The participants will engage in a 10-week summer school session at Mizzou.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or its possessions, undergraduate students in good standing and enrolled at institutions in the state of Missouri including community colleges.
Pay:
Undergraduate participants will get a stipend of $4,500 (paid to them in increments), room/meal allowance, plus travel support to present their work at a conference.
