Life Sciences Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (LS UROP)
The Life Sciences Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (LS UROP) provides a variety of opportunities and services to support undergraduate research in the broad discipline of the life sciences. Participating faculty members have academic appointments in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources, the College of Arts and Science, the School of Medicine and the College of Veterinary Medicine.

- Undergraduate research internships are competitively awarded to upperclassmen for the academic year and the summer. Students must apply in conjunction with a faculty mentor and include a project proposal.
- Students receive $2,800 for the academic year and $3,600 for the summer.
